Thanksgiving help needed
The Delta Shuttle stations at New York-LaGuardia (Marine Air Terminal) and Washington-Reagan National still need Delta employees to work as volunteers during the Thanksgiving Day travel period. Shuttle stations will need volunteers to help with crowd control, baggage handling, meeting and greeting of customers, answering questions, kiosk instruction and ticketing when appropriate.
The Delta Shuttle from New York-LaGuardia will need volunteer assistance from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 28. The Delta Shuttle from Washington-Reagan National will need volunteer assistance for Nov. 23, 24 and 28. Positive space travel to the applicable shuttle stations is authorized, but it will be necessary for individuals to use their own time to volunteer. This should not be considered a temporary duty assignment.
